You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jijiph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your jijiph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. jijiph may also close accounts at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jijiph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.
jijiph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. jijiph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions on jijiph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jijiph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. jijiph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
jijiph does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.
Withdrawal requests at jijiph are subject to the following conditions:
jijiph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all jijiph accounts. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted based on your account verification level and transaction history. All games on jijiph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. jijiph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.
